Gin to Pound is a food and sake restaurant run by a man who trained at the Japanese restaurant Sanpiroron in Ebisu, Tokyo and has now gone independent!Opening in front of Nagano Station on November 30th, 2022.This is a traditional Japanese restaurant and izakaya where you can enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine at reasonable prices! As the kanji characters "gin" (to savor deeply) and "ping" (to laugh loudly) suggest, we aim to be a fun place to eat delicious food and liven up our local Nagano area.
